Overview
Phase 7.5 delivers eight waves of feature development that round out VeridianOS into a complete general-purpose operating system. Each wave targets a specific subsystem, adding production-grade implementations of filesystems, security hardening, hardware drivers, networking protocols, cryptography, multimedia, GPU compute, and advanced desktop and shell features.

Technical Highlights
- KASLR randomizes the kernel base address at each boot using RDRAND or CMOS-seeded PRNG
- EDF scheduler guarantees deadline-driven task completion for real-time workloads
- WireGuard implementation uses the CipherSuite trait abstraction introduced during tech debt remediation (v0.17.0), eliminating ~280 LOC of crypto duplication
- CJK support required a
char_width()function integrated into both the framebuffer text renderer and GUI terminal
